Per the constituent, an 18 x 18 pothole on Hacienda Del Sol off of Entrada Del Sol 1/2 way up the hill B/t River Rd & Sunrise Dr., in the North bound lane. Called in by anonymous. Thank you.

Per constituent, there is a sign down and the pole is jagged and sticking out of the ground that could be dangerous. She has placed a reflector on it for warning. It will be on the East side of the road just north of Vista Del Lago on Mary Ann Cleveland Way. Unsure of what type sign it is.. maybe "no passing zone"

Per the constituent, someone removed the 25-mph sign as you enter W Sandy St from Trico and replaced it with a 30 or 35-mph sign. On the opposite of the road, we have a speed limit sign at 25-mph on Sandy St near Eliese Ave. I witnessed a car speeding this morning and hit a child's dog, not sure if child was hurt. The speed limit sign should stay at 25-mph in the residential area as you enter Sandy St. Who has the authority to replace the sign?

Constituent called to say that people in the area are throwing things out of their windows as they drive in this area. He is asking for a No Littering $250 fine sign in this location.

Per constituent, there is a queen mattress in the middle of the road. It's on Quail Ln just south of Oasis.

The constituent lives in Sabino Canyon Clusters (8140 E Sabino Dr) and said after it rains the water is about 2 1/2 feet deep. He stated the pavement is cracking and settling and the area is getting worse. When Community Relations had spoken with him two years ago, we had explained the contractor had milled two inches of asphalt and paved back two inches. This area is not under warranty. The constituent is requesting review of the drainage concern. Thank you.

Per the constituent W Emigh Rd needs grading; people are starting to drive in the drainage area.

PCSD called to report trash on the side of the roadway at W River Rd and W Crimson Clover Ln, case number 240514287; send crew to pick up the debris.

West Bound, right hand lane, as you leave intersection of La Cholla and Ruthrauff. Right next to concrete pad.

Pothole, eastbound lane. approx 4000 W Camino del Cerro

Please remove dead tree from median. Looks like a vehicle hit the pole and also the tree.

Per anonymous caller, there is a lot of glass right in the intersection. Possibly from an accident. It's been there for a week at least.

Constituent is requesting repair for the eroded shoulder approximately 170 feet north of Saranac Drive on N. Pontatoc - 4215 N. Pontatoc – east side of the road. Photo attached.

Requesting speed humps for the location of 16645 West Placita Ninos in Marana @ the cul-de-sac. Kids speeding and racing in the area and have already hit the fence to the address. Please have a traffic technician contact for questions. Thank you.
