The property needs to have the grounds cleaned-regularly from trash. The weeds need to be cut. This is blight and the maintenance of this property directly leads to shootings in the area. Get it together and clean this up or SELL AND MOVE.

A neighbor has an overflow of trash both outside on the ground and on the outside of her unit. It has drawn raccoons and other vermin to the area and is both disgusting and unsightly and extremely unhealthy. Please get in touch with the owner and have them manage their nasty tenant.

Paint, insulation- surely toxic chemicals and asbestos and just all over the public sidewalks. This needs to be cleaned up immediately before legal action (lawsuit against the City of Vallejo and County of Solano) is filed- that will happen within 24 hours. Clean this up. It is a public hazard.

The City of Vallejo has been ignoring the complaints about one person living on Illinois street in an RV; lo and behold now there are 34 of them plus late night parties, garbage dumped on the street. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. These people need to be moved to an appropriate city run and funded mobile home park, the fair grounds - whatever. It is unsafe for both these people and THE TAXPAYING RESIDENTS OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD.

This apartment house has an illegally rented unit that is running an auto repair business from the premises. There are always many cars parked illegally in front and across the street, blocking neighbors and emergency vehicles as well as regular traffic. So the problem is multiple: the illegal apartment rental, the illegal business and the illegal parking.
