    photos taken October 2nd 2020 and reported to property management. squirrels, birds, other rodents continue to occupy the space from time to time. we live next door and animal noises are audible in our rafters most mornings. this needs to be corrected! that is more than 3 months that property management and HOA have known about it and done nothing.

    Can you find the dumpster in this photo? It is behind the tired on the right hand side. Where is the recycling bin? There isn't one. There have been 2 changes of ownership in the majority of the units in the last 2.5 years. The overflowing dumpster continues to be a problem. There are 4 raccoons and a rooster living there now. Who do we report to? How do we get the owners to 1- clean it up and 2- get a larger bin and 3- GET A RECUCLING BIN!!!! It is CT regulationt o HAVE / PROVIDE a bind for recycling. That alone would reduce some of the overflow ... but not the illegal dumping or tires, tree trim debris, household stuff, etc.

    NEED WARNING SIGNS AT E GRAND AVE!!!!
    No passage for trucks over 12'.
    The only other through street is Hemingway which has 12' 3" Clarence.
    Drivers from out of the area are following GPS which takes them up quintipiac. How do you get GPS to note the clearance and the clearance and not allow big rigs to go that way. New Haven needs to put up signs at grand Avenue..

    One Honda Civic and TWO Infinity cars had ALL 4 wheels removed last night! I see on old news that this happened in 2013, 2016 and 2019 in other areas. Apparently one other car had this happen night before last.

    SAFETY at Clifton Street "Canoe Launch"
    This photo was taken October 1, 2019. The end of Clifton St has a sidewalk out to this brick area with eroding bricks, earth, debris and fencing.
    People access this public area for river view, fishing and launching personal watercraft. Soon we will have winter storms adding to tidal erosion in the area.
    I don't know how to post more than one photo in see-click-fix. I have others, some more recent.

    SAFETY ISSUE - sidewalk slime after sinkhole repair

    As a resident in an adjacent building of the complex, we were without water all day. I am very thankful for all the first responders and the intense rapid coordination by several city departments and the utilities. An amazing job was done in a day. When water was restored to residents in ran BLACK and slimey for a while. I have no idea why it was so slimey and sticks to every surface. I am concerned about the slime left on the sidewalk as we approach rain storms and possibly the first SNOW int he coming week. When wet or icy this sidewalk will become a sever slip & fall hazard.
    This morning, Fri Nov 8, when walking I noticed black mud & slime on the sidewalk. Weather report says possibly snow this Tuesday. As snow partially melts then becomes ice, this slimey area will be super slippery, even more than if it were just leaves and dirt.
    Maybe DPW can power wash it or some entity can further scrape the black mukh (slime) off of the sidewalk.

    South end of Quinipiac River Park green space at Ferry Street Bridge. Today, Oct 16, when walking I spotted this huge hole ... maybe 18 inches or more in diameter and 2.5-3 feet deep. I didn't want to get too close as it may have eroded dirt under the grass or nearby areas.

    This is at the very south end of the greenway behind the parking lot for Brewery apartments. I walk there several times a week and only noticed it today, Wednesday.
