Spilled white paint

Damage to the median. On Ascot Parkway between Belvedere and Hyde Park at Vienna Drive. Recently a vehicle crashed into the median. Public Works removed the damaged pillars that were filled with styrofoam. When will the pillars be replaced?

We live in the Belvedere at Northgate Condominiums. There is a gate leaving the property that has a sidewalk that leads to the gazebo and a gravel that is part of the landscape management district. The fence is not being maintained and people that should not be entering Belvedere are using this to get into Belvedere or as a shortcut to get somewhere else. The fence and gate need to be fixed. It may also be the responsibility of Solano Community College who purchased this property but this is having a negative effect on residents at Belvedere. Thank you.
