Quietly On Q-Ave.

An armed robbery occurred at the H&M market this past Saturday somewhere around 7 - 8 pm. I don't have the NH Police case file number but I have a call in to get it. No one was injured including the store manager, Farzok. During the robbery the robber needed to shoot his way out thru the front glass door. Clearly this place continues to be a magnet for trouble and one of the officers i spoke with noticed that they were still selling the Love's Rose that drug users use to smoke crack and meth. Diana Nastri is of course the building manager and i gave the cops her number. I think she was there later that night but i'm not sure. I'm going to call the one of the owners of the building to make sure he knows what a cancer this place is in our neighbor hood.

The dirt bike riders are now brazenly flaunting their illegal rides and rallies on Youtube. These were both posted in the last few weeks.

This is getting ridiculous. Somebody is going to die. Sgt Vinnie and Sgt Zona, can you arrest these guys based on these videos? Can you at least seize the bikes based on the video? This is just nuts and getting to point of absurd.

My neighbor witnessed another incident at 710 Grand Ave. yesterday afternoon. A male, maybe staying there temporarily , maybe renting, not sure, was screaming and screaming to be let in. He got no answer so he decided to punch his fist through a plate glass window in the door. He left the area after my neighbor confronted him. The cops were called and they got the guy and brought him back to explain his actions. Whether he lives there or not, this is yet again another 'maybe' tenant of a Diana Nastri manged property that is bringing unsettling activities to the neighborhood. And there was a fairly serious 'domestic distrubance' call the police answered at this address about a week ago. My neighbor and I are going to talk to Diana about this. Between this and 686 Q-Ave we have an emerging pattern of not the greatest selection of tenants for our neighborhood. Carl Youngman who lives in the Boston area and is a pretty decent citizen by all accounts is the most active owner of the Dragon Place LLC properties, both 710 and 686 are owned by Dragon Place. His number is 617-428-0048. Place a call and let him know what's going on in our neighborhood if you want to make a difference in our quality of life. I did previously and to his credit he did call Diana immediately.

A man was assaulted by 5 or 6 youths (14 -18) this past Saturday in broad daylight. It was gruesome and I witnessed it first hand. Cops came and took my statement, and the ambulance took the guy away. I'm not going to watch our neighborhood spiral down the toilet. Drug related activity seems to be pulling into our neighborhood since the deli opened. The cops confirmed that they know about 686 Q-Ave. And a nod to the cops, they were parking right in front of the store on Sunday. I"m going to call the landlord and go from there.

A man was attacked by 5 or 6 youths (14 - 18 age range) on Saturday on Q-Ave by Clifton St. I witnessed the attack and called the cops. They took the guy away in an ambulance. It was a brutal attack in broad daylight around 5pm. I can't help but think that our drug dealing friends at the convenience store are bringing this type of thing to our doorsteps. The cops agreed and said that the know of the dealers living above the store. Man oh man, those guys have GOT TO GO.
