Attention Mr. Harrist and Mr. Calhoun!
We desperately need something done about this property.
No garage door and trash galore all out into the street including to the adjacent property on Whispering Pine!
An eyesore to the whole neighborhood. They also block the driveway of the adjacent house and block the street with the huge van and truck. They do not even attempt to park next to the curb.
THEY DO NOT EDGE THEIR YARD.
INCONSIDERATE ALL THE WY AROUND!

Two trash containers kept stored in view on the driveway.

RV/ Bus in driveway under tarp.

Dead branches in front yard for the last three weeks.

Vegetation in rear yard.

Tree branches over sidewalk and trash can left in front of garage daily.

The backyard is a danger and health hazard to the neighbors. You cannot see the back of the house due to all the overgrown brush. Not only is it full of varmints (skunks and possums that we know of) and insects, it is a fire hazard and no way a utility worker could enter, much less work in the backyard! I understand that no one is living in the house.

Dark residue on exterior walls; gate is broken; yard needs mowing & edging; tarp on the roof; car parked in the driveway has several flat tires

This was reported once and notice was left , but resident chose to ignore it. This entire street need checking.

The tree in the front yard is about to fall.It's at the corner where students cross to for school,Turtle Creek / Mission Valley.The crossing guard said he hears the tree making cracking noises when the wind of blowing.
