5-7 trash/recycling containers have not been put out on street for over a month probably close to two months and are overflowing onto street & sidewalk. Have tried taking them out to street numerous times but residents of the apartment complex move them back into grass so they can park their cars

Previous complaints made. Been there over a year. Moves back and forth blocking view of road causing some near crashes. Also attracting drug activity and criminal/dangerous activity.

4011 S Puget Sound Ave House is vacant and boarded up. The Alley fence in the back has been torn down and a large amount of misc garbage has been dumped in the back yard. Sanitary and Health issue for all the surrounding Rentals.

Neighborhood Harassment, vigilante policing. Amongst the constant traffic of people that do not live at our residence, amongst them are people who are recording, following, harassing by consistently watching and shining their headlights in our home or car and prohibiting the safe peaceful enjoyment for basic necessities such as getting ready for work at 0630am. At first we thought it was retaliation due to us filing a complaint with the city about the garbage but Yesterday my husband was harassed again by a woman and a man in two separate vehicles who watched him while he was loading his tools, and gear while getting ready to leave for work. My husband felt threatened, and this is not the first time. #ProfilingWillNotbeTolerated, we will be following up with restraining orders once the proper documentation is in place.

Adults + small children & dogs living in large motor home for the last few weeks. Dogs not being kept leashed or picked up after/leaving dog poop everywhere. Motorhome is blocking view when driving on the street. Numerous cars pulling up to motorhome every day. Large white cargo van is pulled up next to it behind the guard rail. Throwing bags of trash out along the street.

Cooking dope inside the RV, flames seen multiple times a day, called for Fire yesterday but they had stopped before they arrived. They're selling drugs out of the trailer that’s being towed behind RV. People are sitting outside the trailer at night smoking dope. Throwing trash all along the road and next to the road. Screaming gibberish at those of us just trying to walk our dogs and it hasn't escalated yet but by how they are acting it seems like it will soon. Dolphin motorhome with trailer in tow. There has been a jumbo RV parked at this address since 06/2022. Previously it was an Imperial motor home, CBP7754. See TF-311 #12662297. Now that RV has been replaced by this Pace Arrow. Multiple TF-311 complaints are dismissed by TPD as duplicates while valuable curb parking is taken up by a freeloader. All the while several cars on the same block are repeated parking on the sidewalk (Federal ADA violation.)
