    A large group is now setting up nets for volleyball after 5pm until 9pm or later every Tuesday evening. The city closes at 5pm and we are left with the noise . There are ample places ( Mile square park) for these activities .We have voiced our complaints many times of sporting games in a park that is too close to homes and in velar violation of municipal code 12.08.060 #3 and other groups holding practice for soccer , baseball, and football ( C-1). A simple sign stating these restrictions would solve us having to call the police after hours and have to explain the codes as they interpret the codes differently every time they are called depending on who is on duty. It would be nice to not have to close all our doors and windows for some peace and quiet especially after working all day.
