    This green gate and the fence to the right of it was put up last week and blocks a county drainage easement and ditch. This man has does this because he does not want walkers, bike riders, or horse riders going by his house. He runs an illegal carpentry/cabinet making business out of his garage and doesn't want to get reported again. He's already been told to shut it down before. The county has been called for a second gate that illegally blocks the drainage easement trail behind his house, but has been threatened by this bully, so they don't do anything. This is unacceptable. This easement cannot have a closed gate and I am sick of this man being able to get away with bending the rules to suit himself. We must all abide by the law, he is not special and does not get a hall pass to do what he wants.

    There is a slime trail from this failed pizzeria location, the business failed bigly, to the Gulf Gate location. The own should be made to clean it up. On an up note the smell is now gone.

    Sarasota Cnty. has issued on: 02-27-2020 a Notice Of Violations with (4) Counts. To the ILW property owners.
    As of 04-02-2020, a Sarasota Cnty. official or officials have filed into the Cnty. records that this subject property is now compliant on all (4) Counts.

    At this time 05-03-2020, see the photos and the mandatory Cnty. Codes attached. Showing that (3 of the 4) N.O.V.'s issued by Cnty. Code Enforcement are still being violated according to the specific codes language, everyday & night.

    So, to each of you Cnty. employees associated to the required enforcement needs of these ILW violations at the subject property.
    Each of you have sworn to an Oath as to enforce the Sarasota Cnty. local laws and the governing Zoning Regulations.
    I'm reminding each of you ( Cnty. Admin., Planning & Develop. Director, Zoning Admin., Planning & Zoning Div., Code Enforcement Mngr. and the District #1 Cnty. Commissioner) that you do have the obligation to enforce ALL of the Cnty. mandatory ILW property codes as they're written.

    Hello,

    I wanted to report that the owner of this home has a bar in his garage (which I know is not bad) but during the pandemic he is having parties with more than a couple of people in the late afternoons. The garage/bar is crowded and with him being a bar owner, I am certain he is having some of his usual patrons there. IT is disconcerting because while most of us in the neighborhood are adhering to the rules, they are doing just the opposite.

    Imagine being woke up as early as 2:45am 6 days a week with giant trucks speeding up and down your street. The come to find out they are NOT allowed to be here by law. But sarasota won't make them leave- step up zoning and enforce this eviction its been almost 4 yrs. I smell lawsuits!

    Non permitted parking spot added by Davidson Sears Partnership LLP in front of county owned ROW property. See GIS/Survey maps. Dough flipping gnome parks there. Also illegally parks mini scooter or mini car, blocking right of way. Hard for cars to get in and out of there.
