Tree limbs entangled and pulling on wires. Additionally, a limb is blocking the street parking.
Overall,too many branches and leaves blocking street light from illuminating the sidewalk and front of my house. This tree needs an OVERALL trim.

Is the tree in front of 14 Seneca Road the city's? There are a lot of loose branches that are very dangerous, the cables are barley visible due to the branches. we are worried once the leaves grow they will cause a light outtage.

Elm tree in front of my home is decaying and now insects are burrowing into the trunk, leaving piles of saw dust, which is adding to the destruction of the tree. The tree is a safety hazard, uplifting the sidewalk creating a potential tripping or falling injury.
I'm requesting removal of the tree to avoid further damage to my home. Because of the trees weekend and decaying state I'm in danger of the tree falling onto my home or neighbors property.
