The whole of Oregon Hill was backed up. I mean Friday rush hour and all day was a mess on the 100 block of S Pine. There were not cut throughs in the Fan going North and South until you got to the Boulvard west from Belvidere. It was a mess and all I kept finding were a lot of very angry people.
I think the folks need to replan this if they are thinking 10 days in 2015.
It also went along with Arts in the Park when you got to the Boulevard.
I think the whole police force was directing or observing traffic for 3 days or more.
