Description

City maintained trash bin in Bella Vista Park has a hole on the bottom. It's very obvious to see for anyone who maintains this. This situation has existed for several months, yet no staff have taken action. Please replace plastic bin with a metal one so that rats cannot chew through it. Please also instruct staff to take action more proactively!
