Probably Neighbor 1 trolling people since it’s all they do on this app.

Everyone is neighbor1! People use this as a complaint forum like facebook. These are not legit complaints the city addresses. For example. Pothole> a ringing bell

I pay taxes. The taxes help fund things like parks. I was using the park everyday with my son. Im sorry you feel other issues are more important that it caused you need to leave a comment on a strangers concern/complaint.

Very valid complaint, hopefully it gets addressed

Good morning, unfortunately there is nothing we can do about this situation. I would reach out to the PD next time it happens and maybe a officer can have a conversation with the person.
