Description

The left turn light going east onto 45th from southbound Hollis doesn't seem to get a green during the nighttime light cycle. I've sat through multiple cycles while the light stays green for the lane going straight southbound, with the pedestrian signal counting down then resetting to walk. If cars approach on 45th they'll get a green. But the turning lane on Hollis does not (even after driving forward and back a little to try to trigger the signal).
