Doesn't the city have code assessors and enforcers? Maybe they can contact the school?

Bump. Parent was unable to gain access to the school due to another parent blocking the entire curb access. She just couldn't tell there was an access there since it is not painted. Please forward to the correct government agency.

Wasn't needed. I am sure she wouldn't have parked there if it had been painted to code. :)
