the man driving this vehicle cut me off by turning left from a lane that was going straight. He then used a middle turning lane to bypass drivers he felt were going too slow even though they were going the speed limit. And he turned down a one-way turning lane to bypass turning left in the correct way. He lives at 1218 Sutherland Road
