Description

A semi trailer wheel (i.e., two-tire unit) is leaning up against trees in the ditch on the northwest corner of the Globe Road/Brier Creek Parkway intersection. It has been there for a a couple months give or take (it's only really visible to pedestrians, runners, and cyclists).
