there are no less than 15 TENTS at the lake now, and lots of garbage, including another mattress close to the water today. you can't walk there, use the playground area, or any part of this because of garbage, and in fact access is often blocked. we should all be able to use our lake park, however now areas are inaccessible to everyday folk. all this is happening near a protected marsh area, the estuary, and leading the ocean. Why does the city ignore this area? they have only cleaned it up for the warriors parades, which occur here at the convention center - so i know it is possible! stop ignoring this town of garbage growing within our town, it is becoming a huge public nuisance
