The reason people are writing about where the plows have NOT been is bc Ben Berkowitz sent out an email before the storm encouraging us to use SCF. And see below - posted on the NH Reg site. Ben is a personal friend, we are just doing our part. If we have to we will walk to work, etc. But we are just doing what our friend asked. I do think that there is someone in city hall making decisions about prioritization and we do all have to trust that these decisions are being made in a logical and fair way and that no one there is really looking at SCF to see where the plows should go next. But in case they are, we are following Ben's request....
"You can use this SeeClickFix map during the storm to report problems and to volunteer to help your neighbors in the New Haven County area. Use the keyword "snow." This map can be used alert your local government to the exact location unplowed roads and public spaces. Or, it can be used to post requests for assistance with shoveling and to volunteer to help neighbors with shoveling."

I echo the call for patience. Use SCF for more pressing and less obvious issues. The NH Independent has been good about keeping us apprised of the city's issues and progress.
Try to enjoy this historic event by playing in the snow or lending a neighbor a hand...

Good morning. The City of New Haven is asking all residents to continue to be patient and understanding. We do not expect non-arterials to be cleared until Monday, possibly Tuesday. The biggest issue is where do you put 34" of snow that falls in 24 hours. Stay safe, stay warm, and enjoy the time with your family and friends. Check on your neighbors to see if anyone needs anything. Everything will get back to normal by the middle of the week.
If you need anything, please don't hesitate to call me - 203-309-2737 - or call the city at 203-946-SNOW.
Thanks -
