Good morning. The City of New Haven is asking all residents to continue to be patient and understanding. We do not expect non-arterials to be cleared until Monday, possibly Tuesday. The biggest issue is where do you put 34" of snow that falls in 24 hours. Stay safe, stay warm, and enjoy the time with your family and friends. Check on your neighbors to see if anyone needs anything. Everything will get back to normal by the middle of the week.
If you need anything, please don't hesitate to call me - 203-309-2737 - or call the city at 203-946-SNOW.
By today, 2/13/13, we have made your street passable. If not please call Emergency Operations Center at (203) 946 – 8821 or Department of Public Works at (203) 946 -7700. We continue to work on snow removal. Check city website:www.cityofnewhaven.com for emergency snow removal notices or sign up for the city’s emergency info system at

Our snow emergency work has been completed. If your snow issue hasn't been addressed, please reopen or resubmit the issue with more information to See Click Fix. Thanks for your patience.
