Description
This is a very dangerous intersection for pedestrians and cyclists. I see cars making right turns on red here all the time (Grove onto Prospect and Prospect onto Grove), even though there is a posted "No Turn On Red" sign. I even repeatedly see them making a right on red when the pedestrian crossing is activated! Please do some creative enforcement stings here. It is desperately needed.

I agree with this. In addition to the red light running problem, the curb radii are designed in such a way that:
1) enables vehicles to fly around the corners at very high speeds;
2) pedestrians often wait in the road before crossing, so they have a shorter distance to cross; and
3) reduces the visibility of pedestrians, who are "set back" from drivers' field of vision.
Please enforce the posted laws but also consider redesigning the intersection in a way that will make it much easier for pedestrians to cross, and also (by reducing speeds) safer for everyone.
Although this intersection may not seem that bad for an able-bodied person, please also consider what it would be like to be young, injured, elderly, blind, or disabled and have to use this facility every day.
