Description

Street Light is out at this location next to 3210 Courtland. The light itself has a very very faint orange glow now. Almost immediately the now very dark street area near to the vacant hill is attracting cars there at 3am (sometimes leaving their engine running) for suspected prostitution or other illicit activities. Please fix immediately.
