Description
The trash lining both sides of Forest Road (122) has gotten way out of hand. Why do people believe the streets are garbage cans. I understand this is a state road and part of it is in West Haven but perhaps the city can get involved in getting this cleaned up. The trash extends from West Elm Street to Route 34. Thank you
