I don't know that is trash. I believe since you are the State Fire Marshall maybe you should look under the tarp. But does it matter? It is blocking a Fire Exit!
Also while you are there maybe you can cite Anthony's Oceanview for that planter built on top of the sidewalk and 2 Air Conditioners installed on the sidewalk. On a busy night, cars are parked next to the sidewalk and people will not be able to flee down the sidewalk. In other words many people will be seriously injured due to this stupid planter and Air Conditioners blocking people from escaping the smoke and burning embers of a blazing fire.
Dear Mr. State Fire Marshall. Thank you for the observation. You are correct, I should have said, "Suspicious Palette filled with a variety of unknown objects". Is that better?
