    This intersection is ridiculous. You have LHS students and a crap ton of groggy, impatient adults racing across it morning, lunch, and dismissal while LMS and LES students are walking, and being driven along with Hilburn Academy elementary and middle students. There is a semi-bind curve and an uphill climb facing west that many drivers (especially inexperienced ones) fail to take into account. There have been many accidents, and people still blaze down Pinecrest at 60 mph - even with an RPD station at Glenwood.

    I suppose the county, city, or whoever is waiting for some kid(s) to get flattened here so they can play the "who could have anticipated" game. These comments, and the many other similar ones will be used in the eventual wrongful death suit that will be filled.

    There is a stormwater outlet pipe behind my house that is always filled with stagnant water. I believe it is supposed to drain into the creek behind my house, but the grading appears to be wrong for it to do so.
