    After the 4th or 5th grading attempt this area still holds a lot of water after it rains! This is the gate of Abel Rentals the last time it was graded it made his yard turn into a pond too! An email to Ward 5 has gone unanswered. Someone needs to step up to the plate and get this properly fixed, it a danger to school kids and traffic!

    They surveyed this area (again), graded the HIGH SPOT that NEVER holds water and left the low spot alone, The rains and school have started and there is still a lake for the people to ford through, water still Spills out INTO HALF THE ROAD and stays there, After the 4th time being graded one has to wonder about the city's competency.

    After at least FOUR attempts to (re)grade this area so it drains properly, it STILL holds water to the point that it backs up onto the road. Does the city have ANY employees that know how to set/check grades? I noticed the last attempt had been staked out, but either the grades were wrong or not followed, This should have been a simple quick fix, some one dropped the ball....

    Improper drainage in right of way. At 9pm on 8/20/21 i was driving east bound on Bilby Rd there was on coming traffic with bright lights. I almost did not see 5 or 6 kids who had been forced into the traffic lane by this HUGE puddle. They came VERY CLOSE to being hit, and it sure scared the heck out of me. I can tell you if I had hit those children I would be suing the city, and so would they. The city has been aware of this problem for awhile now, school is in and this is right in the way of children trying to get to the road crossing. There is also a bus stop right in the middle of the pond. The city has attempted to grade this at least 2 times and just can't seem to get it right, I was on a grade crew for years, it is not that hard to do properly, if the crew knows what it is doing...maybe the engineers need to look at it...

    Our address is on Bilby rd but the pot holes are on Randell blvd at the two entrances to our park. (Thunderbird MHP)

    Tagged: flood, drain problem they graded this but did not check the grades, it still DOES NOT drain properly. I watched two people get off the city bus today and land in mud. there still is a LOT of standing water in the road. Next time send a crew with a transit or laser level....

    There are numerous potholes on Randell Blvd in the 1st 100 ft south of Bilby road.

    There is a very large amount of debris along the west side of Randell Blvd just north of Ginter Rd. It is quite the mess and very unsightly.

    Drainage problem. This area holds water every time it rains. If it rains a lot it floods into the street also, for over 50 feet. After that little rain we just had there is now standing water along the road.

    I see that the construction on 12 AV South is almost complete. i have to wonder why you placed giant concrete "cannon balls" in the Islands, This is an ABSOLUTE disaster waiting to happen.. it will not be long until one of them is struck and launched into traffic or the side walk area. The city would be wise to have risk management look at this mess, you are setting the city up for some major law suites if (and when) there is an accident. This has got to be one of the worst traffic designs I have ever seen...Some one "dropped the ball" on this one

    Since Villa's Market has opened on Campbell Ave there is a LOT pedestrians crossing Campbell from the large apartment complex across the street including unaccompanied children. You should look at putting a crossing there.....

    The tree there has outgrown the grate that surrounds it. It is cutting into the tree and will kill it. I reported this to the city and they said it was the Parks problem. It would be a shame to lose a nice tree like this one due to negligence. It provides a lot of shade for the bus stop.
