    The private owners of these boats have mounted a rack with screws into a tree alongside Lake Lynn. They are on the east side of the lake north the next bridge from bridge number 10.

    on bridge 9 there is one of the new boards that he's warped on the deck and is becoming a tripping hazard. on the long bridge as you turn right from the community center trail there are several boards that have root all the way through. these are where the long bridge widens for a short distance. one of them on the right has a piece that has split off.     at bridge 10 on the east side of lake Lynn loop there is a small boat, paddle, and chair lodged in the trees in the Water in the east side of the bridge, not in the main lake

    a pedestrian crosswalk is needed from the lower parking lot of lake Johnson to the west loop nature trail. crossing Avent Ferry road at that point is dangerous because drivers are not required to stop for pedestrians

    the large culvert under the greenway just a little way north of the bridge and lookout platform is getting blocked with vegetative debris and preventing water from draining into the lake

    there are 2 trash cans that have not been reinstalled. 1 is at the end of the trail from the community center and 1 is a little further along at the end of the gravel trail. they have no plastic bags and are lying on the ground people are using them for trash and dog waste bags causing a health hazard with possible runoff into the lake

    I'm a greenway volunteer. A patron asked me to report the following and I noticed other like items. 1. on the paved path from Sertoma arts ctr to the lake there are 3 tall dead trees on the left next to the path. I put flagging tape on them. 2. Taking the above path and turning left crossing the long wooden bridge and past the large culvert, there is a large dead pine tree on the left leaning toward the trail. I put flagging tape on that as well. these don't seem like imminent threats but I was asked to report them. call me if you need to. 919.219.4645
