    Drain between 2369 and 2359 Garden Dr. is completely clogged with tree debris. Also, the burm that is supposed to keep water from flowing down the driveway from the street is starting to fail. requesting that drain be cleaned out to address flooding from street water.

    the traffic signal at the corner of Byron and Silverdale Way has a LOUD and consistent BANGING NOISE. Sounds like a piece of heavy machinery banging a hammer drill against a pipe. Repeat - the noise is LOUD and PERSISTANT and NON-STOP. Very disruptive to businesses and residents.

    Multiple vehicles that do not operate are parked on the property.

    Furniture and trash is spread across the property.

    This appears to be the 5th complaint for this property since 2021 and no action has been taken by the City of Bainbridge.

    Customer is reporting their backyard fence meets the parking lot of 717 Sidney Ave. There are two trees at the shared fence line. The trees are growing over the fence. The branches are now on top of our shop. This could cause damage to the roof of the shop. Please schedule a tree trimming to remove the potential damage to our property.

    Shopping carts are appearing again between Gluds Pond RD and Brownsville Highway. Please remove carts AND investigate area. The carts are appearing in odd locations which leads me to believe there must be a homeless camp somewhere in the area. I do not know what companies the carts belong to.

    Abandoned shopping carts on KITSAP COUNTY PUBLIC WORKS ROADS DIVISION parcel 162501-2-008-2006 and have been in this area for weeks. Dick's, Michael's and Dollar Store. Please add to your cart list "various" when there is more than one store involved. Also, Dick's is not on the list.
    There is also a pile of garbage near the creek in Silverdale Wetlands parcel 162501-1-031-2009.
    In addition, the rail fence is either broken or missing in 5 different places.

    Can Esquire Hills Elementary get a flashing crosswalk sign here and at the other marked crosswalk to the west of this one. These two crosswalks on either side of the school are heavily used by the children in the neighborhood.
