Corporate Center Dr & Trinity Rd Raleigh, NC, 27607, USA - West
Green light traveling north on Corporate Center timing has changed recently (too short). The green light has for some reason changed within the past few days to be much shorter than before. I noticed this at 5:30 PM today, my wife noticed it at 8:30 AM today.
This is especially important since it is a non-standard intersection and straight-ahead shares the lane with left, but there is no left arrow. So left-turners need time for opposing traffic to clear through, but now there is even less time than before for that.
I was 5th in line today, going straight, and it took 3 green lights to finally get through, since 3 left-turners were ahead of me and the green light has now changed to be so brief.

Asphalt failures Archived3400 Avent Ferry Road Raleigh North Carolina - WestThis area was patched just a few months back but it was either not done correctly or is not designed for the bus traffic that causes it to fail. The area is so rough from the potholes that many people including my self don't use the turn lane and turn from the traffic lane instead.

Garbage-Recycling-Yard Waste Archived3526 Avent Ferry Rd Raleigh, NC, 27606, USA - WestThere is a discarded mattress about 5 feet from the walkway - it's been there a long time (see Issue ID: 7682956 - April 2020, and Issue ID: 8827016). You closed the issue because "we just heard back from Solid Waste Services that a work order has been created to collect this today." That was a month ago - and it's still there - I just checked!. Maybe they couldn't find it because your location map really messes up. maps.google.com says the address is "3540-3698 Avent Ferry Rd.)
If you are on the sidewalk on the other side of Avent Ferry Rd from where Crab Orchard Dr. enters, and walk towards Lake Johnson about 125 feet and stop 5 feet before the utility pole (I think the number is REE09) then look to the right (i.e. away from the roadway) you'll see the mattress about 5 feet from the edge of the sidewalk. -

Whats up with the homeless? ArchivedCorporate Ridge Rd Raleigh, NC, 27607, USA - WestThere is an absurd amount of homeless beside the wyndham hotel. It appears to be a tent city. I saw a man in a grey sweatshirt walking down there. Can this please be addressed? It is an eye sore to the community. I have community pride and do not like the homeless coming in and taking over land. Why do they live in tents when there is a hotel beside them?

tree hazard ArchivedLiles Rd Raleigh, NC, 27606, USA - WestAdjacent the sidewalk between 4916 Liles and the next property to the east, a tree of about one foot or so in diameter looks like it has been sawed about half-way through, at a height of about 4-5 feet from the ground. It looks like it could topple over anytime, especially with a gust of wind.
