Along 18th street, weeds have over grown a sidewalk, some are at least 4 feet high. it looks like a mini jungle. Trash is caught in the overgrowth, it looks very blighted on an otherwise nice corner.

I live around the corner from here. About two months ago, I saw someone actually going through the trouble of re-setting all the brick with a bag of sand to fill in the spaces, etc. We've swept up the trash on several block clean-up events through the years, but fresh debris gathers there all the time.
