Markings on street are ineligible. This yard sale sign that's been up for a month has lasted longer and is more visible than the markings for the right turn arrows on the ground at this intersection. Have seen many near-accidents at this intersection because people in the far right lane coming from waterfront keep going straight when that's a right turn only, or they don't understand the two right lanes both go right, and they merge into the wrong lane and sideswipe whoever is next to them. Made worse by PG&E's trucks that now just pull out making turns on red lights with no care for the street signs. City needs to enforce its laws and repaint these markings.
