There used to be not stopping/standing signs on the street to prevent this. Did not notice them.

I've seen similar problems near me at Maple Street School. Where I grew up the school would hire people to direct traffic and so forth, is there anyone at RHS directing traffic or is it just a free-for-all?
This would probably be a good issue to bring to the Board of Education since, in the end, this is a very large safety issue for a lot of kids, their guardians, and local residents. The next time I encounter a Board of Education member I'll try to bring this up and direct them to this post. In the meanwhile if you catch any photos or videos that really clearly capture the safety problem post them here and I'll make sure someone sees them.
