A tree in the easement land behind our house fell onto our fence. However, there is also a very tall, unhealthy, wisteria-choked pine tree with several dead limbs and bare patches in its bark not far from this downed tree that would hit our house if it falls. Would it be possible to have someone come out to address both tree issues?
