Lights seem to be out and blinking orange in the stretch of State near Court. Court at State is doing the same.

This should have been called in when it was first noticed. It is now been about 12 hours since it was posred and city has not acknowledged they saw this post. In the future phone then post and mention that it was called in.

The Signal Division was notified on 11-3 at 0830 and responded. Traffic signal repaired on 11-3 and placed back in operation.
