The white fence along the side of Duraleigh Road across from the new Alta Vale apartment complex has been broken for several months. The fence went up around the same time they were finishing the apartments, so I don’t know if it is owned by the apartments, the city, or The state. Regardless, it has been in the state of disrepair for months and is a significant eyesore and should be repaired.
