I have the same complaint. I live right here at the school and it takes me over 20 minutes to get through that light. It was fixed for one day letting about 6 to 10 cars through and then it went right back to letting three cars or less. the traffic coming out of Jesse Bethel and coming down Ascot together creating a horrific traffic jam around 8:00 am til about 9:00. Then it then it starts letting plenty cars through when the traffic is normal.
