I-77S exit6A the off ramp no lights as you go around the circle onto the local street. You can't even put on high beams because there is no barrier between traffic coming off and traffic coming on

This is very frustating one day lights are ON, the next day OFF, ON and OFF, ON and OFF. What is the problem, I travel home at night at 11:30p every night and the lights are ON and OFF, this is a very dangeous curve at exit 6A Woodlawn Rd
