Deskripsyon

Drinking fountain near playground just keeps running and overflowing onto ground. Also, tons of trash around the playground and parking area nearby despite Big Belly and other containers. Spent fireworks, dirty kid's underwear, wrappers, etc. Smells really, really bad.
