I totally concur with the person making this complaint. I realize the homeless problem in our city, but they have been a problem in the past and are only getting worse. The city needs to make them feel less comfortable in this area and move to other locations away from populated areas and multiple businesses.

Me too. I have been approached many times recently especially in the Walmart parking lot and at the intersections of Wayne & Old Monrovia (almost daily), and Old Monrovia & Rideout. Please someone address this as the warmer weather is likely to draw more into this camp area.

Huntsville Connect Customer Service assigned this issue to Huntsville Police Department

On Friday morning March 4th the West Precinct CRO’s trespassed homeless subjects sleeping on private property in the area. We will also be conducting random checks during the lunch rush hours to issue citations for panhandling and trespassing over the next several weeks.
