Leaking pond, that hasn't been maintained in years. Standing water that breeds mosquitoes. It is impossible to sit in the yards surrounding this yard, without getting eaten alive by mosquitoes. We hear all the time about keeping plant dishes dry because of mosquito breeding. An abandoned/unmaintained pond is 1000 times worse.
