Beschreibung

There is a lady who lives at this house and has been reported to health department for how she is living. People came and cleaned up. Now there are about 30 (that I've counted) stray cats who keep having kittens that she feeds but does not take care of nor pick up after.
The exterior of the house looks like it's falling apart with trash and fecal matter all over. The car she drives is so full of trash, one person driving is all that can fit in the new Toyota camera.
I have not been inside the house but from the Windows it looks like there is stuff piled up against them.
My family has know the family for years, but since the passing of her family, this home keeps going down hill and I am worried for her safty as well as our neighbors.
