This is more than a daily happening. It is a male/female duo. They have quite a show going on. She waves at everyone who passes by. I think the "regulars" on Rideout Rd are used to them and ignore them, but they persist. Seems they at least have cigarette money. Has been a bother to me for months. Nothing ever happens. The police basically tell me to call them at the time they are present. I have done that and the police have actually came by one time and talked with them, but it has done no good. There must be a way to control this type of behavior. I am blessed to not have to live this way, but some of these people could seek employment, but I'm sure make a better living doing what they do.
