This issue has been open for almost a month now. It's great that the city acknowledged it, but it would be better if something was done about it. The yard maintenance crew continues to add to the problem and nothing is being done to clean it up or stop it.

This was open for 5 months. During that time the city has done absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. If the city needs more detailed information, have a vehicle drive down the left turn lane and look for the 2 foot tall pile of pine straw.

This was closed out because this is not a request that the City can assist you with. It was initially reported as a yard waste complaint, however the City's yard waste crews do not clear debris from streets. This is a state maintained road, so you may wish to report this to NCDOT here: https://www.ncdot.gov/contact/

So let me see if I understand this correctly. I opened this issue with ClickFix and the City of Raleigh accepted it 5 months ago. It then takes the City of Raleigh 5 months to determine that Millbrook Road is maintained by the state even though the City of Raleigh runs street sweepers on Millbrook and they took care of the same issue a year ago in the same location (reference 2293116) and they close this issue. Do I have that right?

Sounds more like the city just doesn't want to do anything about it.
