The tenant parks on the lawn everyday...it is a blight and he is the only neighbor who chooses to ignore the codes...was a letter sent to the address explaining the complaint?
Please do so...a spot check like was conducted shows little concern w/my complaint...this happens daily and I expect it would be easy to validate my claim if more than a cursory attempt was made...go back and do it again please...doug
