I would direct this to the supervisor of Code Enforcement.
859 Keats truck on front lawn everyday but June 7th when Officer inspected. I sent a comment and have never gotten a response from Lorena B.
345 Bergwall boat on front lawn and no response from officer and I can't find my complaint in eTrakit. I have been reporting this for months...the boat is still there!
100 Molina has property on Keats and is a yearly complaint as weeds are blocking sidewalk and looks unkempt...no response or action...what's up...I may have listed address as 1000 Molina...my bad
1019 Delwood has multiple issues and I will state that Code has passed this complaint on to Fire (no response) Building (no response) when I was able to photo back yard...I was directed to not contact Code and to check w/the listed agencies...no response from other depts...please review these complaints and advise me of a time we may speak on phone or I can come to your office...better yet come to my house....pax doug

Thank you for reporting! Code Enforcement Officer Burciaga has closed her previous case (#CE18-1104) but has been assigned to inspect 859 KEATS again. Officer Burciaga has active cases on the following properties: 345 BERGWALL, case reference #CE18-1111 (inspection scheduled for 6/22/2018), 100 MOLINA, case reference #CE18-1613 (inspection scheduled for 7/17/2018). For 1019 DELWOOD, case reference #CE18-0345 has been closed as of 3/28/2018 but a new case will be opened (in the past this complaint was reported to our office as 1009 DELWOOD). In the future, to expedite processing, please submit each address separately into SeeClickFix.

In regards to the address confusion a guy from City (John Thomas) came to my house (1009) when I clearly started my complaint w/1019...I realize I have been putting my address where the complaint address should go...but I always put the complaint address in the body of the complaint....w/regards to 859 Keats the truck is on the lawn everyday in the a.m. and evening regardless that he has a huge driveway and a non op truck in garage he could park behind in driveway and have no logistic issues...Officer B went to inspect June 7th but I had reported this multiple times by then, over a period of a few months: again, why such a substantial delay? Isn't a letter to home occupant part of your process? Again thank you and I trust these issues will be dealt w/in a timely manner...
