This is an alley behind the 200 block of W St, and cars go very fast thinking it’s a street, but it’s an alley. This alley runs from 2nd St to 5th St, between W St and V St.

Elderly people cross this alley to catch the bus and children play in this alley. In the past people have reported this alley to the city, and the city stated that alleys cant get speed bumps, HOWEVER, and you can see by this picture cars do drive in this alley and because there are no lights they drive very fast.

Therefore, instead of having such a bureaucracy, lets just install speed bumps for all our safety. We don’t one anyone to die, can you please fix it.
