Description

Traffic light to turn left from aviation pkwy onto globe rd is not long enough and does not cycle as frequently as it used to. The light is now red for close to 3 minutes and does not stay green nearly long enough to allow traffic to turn left. This is causing traffic to back up in the left lane all the way back to 540 in the AM! I travel this way every day and this was not like this 2 weeks ago.
