A building collapsed due to heavy snow on the roof. The building fell onto the sidewalk on First Ave and is now blocking access to the sidewalk. This is not safe for children and pedestrians that have to walk in the street to get around the building. The building collapsed over a week ago and there appears to be no progress in cleaning it up
