Vehicles are swerving into the other lane to miss these vines/branches, safety concerns. Also a safety hazzarc to people walking in the sidewalk. These vines are on a tree located on Millbrook rd. Also creating limited sight of vehicle traveling down the hill from Creedmoor RD,
