This was not here when I noticed "I rule" at the top of my wall around 9:00 am. I noticed it there when I went out to wash off my wall. There was a car parked right beside it with a young man in the front seat who laid down out of view when he saw me take picture of my chalk graffiti before I washed it off. It washes off pretty easy, but the pictures might help identify more permanent graffiti artist.
